Hugo loves visiting with you and making new friends. Every time we pull up in front of the building, he starts bouncing around trying to get out of the car because he knows he's going to "the fun place"...he practically drags me up the stairs to your door because he can't wait for his adventure to begin! I feel more than comfortable leaving him with you because it's obvious that everyone who works with you is a dog lover and you take your responsibility seriously. I know he'll be safe and I know he'll be happy and that gives me peace of mind when I have to leave town. And then when I pick him up again, it's always obvious that he had loads of fun and excitement because he falls asleep the minute we get home!  If he could speak English, he'd say "thank you, Auntie Kim, and I can't wait to see you again!" I thank you too, and you'll definitely see us often!

Thanks so much for taking care of Duncan this weekend!  The love and care he gets with you is just wonderful. I know I can leave Duncan with you and he will be safe, happy, and tired when I pick him up! Everytime we pull up outside of Hounds on the Hudson, his head pops up and he gets very excited. He literally runs up the stairs in anticipation. Duncan just loves you, Kim and Matt, and is always so happy to see you! Your love of dogs is so obvious and the care with which you deal with the dogs left in your charge is so professional and loving. We wish you all the best and we look forward to being your clients for many, many years to come. You are all a Godsend and I wholeheartedly recommend your services to everyone I know who owns a dog. Riley and we were very happy with Hounds on the Hudson. Per Hounds on the Hudson website, “At the end of the day you will retrieve a well-entertained, relaxed and happy dog.” This statement is so true; he was very tired and relaxed when he came home and even part of the next day. We were thrilled to hear he was a good boy and got along with the other dogs. When we need to go out of town, we will not hesitate to leave Riley in your care.

Bob and I would like to thank you very much for taking good care of our Tiki for the Memorial Day Weekend. Everyone we met, seemed to have a genuine love for pets! Tiki came home very happy and relaxed; we know he misses all of you and the dog friends he made this weekend! While we were away, we had peace of mind that Tiki was being cared for in a loving, clean, and safe environment. We were very happy that we could call at anytime to see how Tiki was adjusting.

We were very nervous with leaving Buddy for the first time for an extensive stay. We looked all over the net and asked for recommendations. Then we found Hounds on the Hudson on the net and had to come and see it for ourselves. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived for our first visit. Buddy seemed to like it there too. So we made arrangements for Buddy to stay for six days and hoped for the best. We called from our vacation and the staff told us that Buddy was doing great. He was socializing great and playing with his new friends. One of the most important things for us was that Buddy would not be locked away in a cage all day and at Hounds on the Hudson, they play with other dogs and make new friends. I can't express just how happy we were with Hounds on the Hudson. It is immaculately clean and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Hounds to everyone!!! This place is FANTASTIC!!!

It looks like Fudge had a wonderful time with you. As you can probably understand, Fudge is my baby and I only want the best for her always. I feel confident when I leave her at Hounds.
